Terms of Agreement

As is common with other driving schools, you will be charged for failing to provide sufficient notice for cancellation of your lesson.

48 hours’ notice is required if you are unable to attend your lesson otherwise you will be charged for loss of revenue.

If you are deemed to be unfit by your Instructor due to alcohol, drugs or without your glasses, then your lesson will be cancelled and you will be charged for the lesson.

In the event of a positive covid test, please contact your driving instructor as soon as possible.

All our driving instructors are self employed so are responsible for receiving lesson fees direct from the pupil into their personal bank account. Any refunds due are to be collected from the driving instructor that was responsible for your driving lessons. Refunds are not given from the owners of KSL driving school.

KSL also reserves the right to withhold the use of the training vehicle for a pupil to take a driving test if the Instructor feels you are not at test standard or you have booked a last minute cancellation and the instructor is not available.

Unsociable Hours

Your driving instructor will be available to take your telephone call or text messages Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6.30pm unless they are on holiday. You will be informed of any holiday dates when your instructor is not available. After these hours please either send a text message or leave an answer phone message.

Promotional Offers

Any promotional offers will specify when the offer is running and can only be used once for an individual pupil. If a block booking or gift voucher is purchased then any unused money is non refundable after 3 months. The offer will only be available to you at the time of taking advantage of the offer.
